On July 9, the JD (Huadu) Intelligent Industrial Park officially opened in Huadu District, Guangzhou. Located in Huashan Town—20 km from Guangzhou North Station and 10 km from Baiyun Airport—the 100-mu park features 75 mu in its first phase, with a total construction area of approximately 130,000 m². The complex integrates R&D facilities, technology incubation, and intelligent manufacturing, focusing on acoustics & optics, automotive components, and life sciences.

Interviews with Park Enterprise Representatives
During the opening ceremony, Lightspace General Manager Ben Liang, as a key representative of incoming enterprises, was interviewed by Yangcheng Evening News and Guangzhou Broadcasting Network. He outlined the company’s development strategy and the strategic importance of joining the park.

Benemphasized that Lightspace remains committed to providing professional laser equipment and integrated services for cultural tourism, live events, and urban lighting. He noted that the intelligent upgrades in services, sales, and logistics offered by the JD (Huadu) park bring significant advantages to the company’s future growth.
Signing Ceremony for SRDIEnterprises
At the launch event, the park held a signing ceremony with six SRDI(Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative)enterprises and issued property certificates onsite. As Guangzhou’s first park to enable batch processing of such certificates, the initiative reflects a service philosophy centered on enterprise needs and lays a strong foundation for attracting further high-quality companies and accelerating industrial upgrades in Huadu.

As a representative of the first batch, Lightspace stood out with its strong technological capabilities. Over 18 years of specialization in laser systems, the company has secured 19 utility model patents and 10 design patents, along with FDA (U.S.) and CE (EU) certifications.
Remarks from Incoming Enterprises
In his address, Benhighlighted that Lightspace products are now exported to more than 60 countries and regions. The decision to settle in Huadu was driven by the district’s mature acoustics-optics-electronics industry chain, efficient international logistics, and a business environment aligned with Lightspace’s strategy of “rooted in China, expanding globally.” The park provides a critical platform for upgrading from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.
Since joining the park, the company has benefited from comprehensive support—including modern production facilities, responsive operational services, and multi-dimensional empowerment through JD’s ecosystem in logistics, procurement, and online platforms—reinforcing the sense of an “industrial home.”

Looking ahead, Lightspace will focus on three strategic directions:
Increasing R&D investment to consolidate its technological edge.Expanding cooperation in Southeast Asia and the Middle East through JD’s global network.Jointly promoting the integration of laser technology with the digital economy. The company aims to transition from an equipment manufacturer to a full-spectrum laser solutions provider.
Establishing operations in the park marks a new starting point for Lightspace, as it deepens its roots in Huadu and extends its global reach—contributing to the creation of a “World Capital of Laser Technology” and working with JD to elevate “China’s Laser Industry” onto the international stage.
